At Clover Nature Mills, every order is made fresh to your specification. Because of the nature of our products — milled, pressed, and prepared specifically for you — please read this policy carefully before placing your order. We are committed to being fair and transparent in all circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Because our products are prepared fresh to order, cancellations are subject to the following fee structure:

AED 20 Cancellation Fee
Shipping Post-Shipment Fee
+5% Restocking (select items)

Cancellation requests for orders that have been received, processed, or prepared for shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of AED 20.

If you wish to cancel after an item has already shipped, you will also be charged the carrier shipping fee for package interception. This is a standard carrier charge that we cannot waive.

No cancellations after delivery. Once your order has been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return & Exchange section below for options available after delivery.

If you refuse delivery and we receive the product back, your card will be refunded the full amount minus the shipping fee and cancellation fee. Some products may also attract an additional 5% restocking fee.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as early as possible — before your order begins preparation — to avoid additional charges.

Refund Policy

Once your cancellation request has been approved, here is how the refund process works:

Step 1 — Cancellation Submitted
You submit your cancellation request via email or phone. Our team reviews and confirms eligibility.
Step 2 — Refund Initiated (within 5 business days)
We process the refund within 5 business days of your approved cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Step 3 — Amount Credited to Your Account
The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. This is outside our control.

Refunds will only be processed for the amount of the cancelled product. Applicable deductions (cancellation fee, shipping, restocking) will be applied before the refund amount is calculated.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only — no alternative refund methods are available.
  • If the refund is to a credit card, we will credit the exact amount due. Bank transaction charges, if any, are borne by the customer as per their bank's policy.
  • We will refund the product amount only; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Once a refund has been initiated, the time it takes to appear in your account depends entirely on your bank or card issuer. We will provide transaction confirmation so you can follow up with your bank if needed.

Return & Exchange

We take great care in packing every order. However, if your product arrives damaged, here is how to resolve it quickly:

  • Report on the same day of delivery. Damage claims must be raised on the day your order is received. Claims submitted after the delivery date cannot be processed.
  • Provide visual evidence. Please send a clear photograph or short video of the damaged product along with your complaint. This is required to proceed.
  • Contact us via email or phone. Use the contact details on our website to submit your claim. Our team will confirm receipt and guide you through the next steps.

Same-day reporting is mandatory. Damage notifications received after the day of delivery will not be eligible for exchange or return, as we are unable to verify transit damage at that stage.

Once a valid damage complaint has been received and verified:

Complaint Received & Verified
We review your photo or video evidence and confirm the damage report. You will be notified within 1 business day.
Exchange Processed (within 7 business days)
If products are confirmed as damaged in transit, the exchange is processed and dispatched within 7 business days from the submission of your complaint.
Credit Issued for Returns
If the item is returned rather than exchanged, a store credit will be issued to your account for the value of the returned item.
